Privacy policy

Reflect is a private journal, so this page is written plainly. It explains what is stored, who can see it, and how to get rid of it. If anything here is unclear, email ThatFellaOnb@gmail.com and I will explain it.

What is stored

  • Your account — the email address you sign up with and the name you give.
  • What you write — your journal entries (the title, the text, the mood and tags you choose, and the date), your goals, and your calendar notes.
  • Your conversations with the AI therapist — the messages you send and the replies you receive.
  • Your purchases — which product you bought, the amount, the email you paid with, and an order reference. Card and bank details are never seen or stored by Reflect: you type them on the secure checkout page.

Who can see it

Your entries are private to your account. No other person using Reflect can open them.

Reflect is run by one person, who holds the administrative access needed to keep the app working and to help when something goes wrong. Your writing is not read, shared, sold, or used for advertising.

Where it lives

Reflect runs on Base44, which hosts the app and stores your data on its servers. Your therapist conversations are sent to an AI model in order to write the replies you see. Payments are processed by Base44 Payments. Each of these providers handles your data only to provide that part of the service.

What your browser remembers

Your browser stores your sign-in session so you stay logged in, and the color theme you chose. There are no advertising or tracking cookies.

Deleting your data

In Settings you can delete your account, which permanently removes your journal entries, your goals and your calendar notes. This cannot be undone.

To have your account and its details removed completely, email ThatFellaOnb@gmail.com from the address you signed up with. I will delete your account and personal details, keeping only the bare purchase record that tax rules require.

Children

Reflect is not intended for children under 13.

Changes
